Our commitment to data privacy and security

Why data security matters to us

Data security isn't just about protecting information — it's about safeguarding the trust your customers place in you. The data you handle has a real-world impact, and we take our responsibility to protect it seriously, and help your business do the same.

Transparency, as a practice

Companies should safeguard personal information and be transparent about how they handle it. When we say we'll protect your data, we mean it, and we take the measures needed to live up to that promise.

If you're interested in learning more about our security policies, or would like to report something, send us a message below or email security@assumed.com.

Dan Cerceo

Chief Information Security Officer

CISSP

Dan has spent more than 20 years in IT, security, and privacy — at Yahoo, then 15 years at Comscore as VP of Corporate Security. He holds certifications across the standards compliance teams are actually audited against, and that background shapes how Assumed's evidence trail is built: to hold up in the same conversations he used to run on the other side of the table.
